We seek a proactive Executive Asst to support our Founder Partner in a fast-paced environment. 

• Admin Support: Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare documents. Draft & manage corres on behalf of
• Comm Management: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and maintaining a prof and approachable demeanour
• Pro Coordination: Assist with initiatives and track timelines. Track work timelines and deliverables
• Summarisation: Organize meetings and events, handling all logistics.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism

• Build expertise in GST Compliance & Advisory through monthly, quarterly & annual GST return filing (GSTR-9/9C).
•  ITC reconciliations.
• GST Research,
• Article Drafting
• GST Training Delivery
• FEMA & Customs.

Roles and responsibility:

1. Advice, support and review of statutory matters related to GST including preparation, reconciliation & filing of the returns.

2. Working on GST Annual Returns. Filing of GST Returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 and annual return.              

3. Good Working knowledge of GST, Preparation and submission of GST Claims.

4. Preparing / reviewing audit working papers prepared by the staff member(s) to ensure proper referencing, completeness, and compliance with audit requirements. 

5. Conduct related audits based on the annual plan in a highly professional manner and in accordance with Audit standards. 

Roles and Responsibility :

1. Aligned to the compliance support vertical and will be made responsible for end-to-end procedures of our clients.
2. Support day to day current and future requirements of the compliance support clients.
3. Required to visit compliance support clients and give monthly notes covering issues raised based on same.
4. Resolving critical issues for collection of information, process, and conclusion of return filling.
5. Escalation of critical issues to client management
6. Month on Month Billing Reconciliation with respect to completed work.
7. Preparation of exceptional report to partners.
8. Sending GST updates to clients
9. Contribute to the knowledge initiatives of the firm viz. articles, seminars, newsletters, knowledge Management etc

Roles and Responsibility:

• Performing the audit& assistance assignment as per standards/ checklists. 
• Ensuring timely collection of all information and documents with respect to audit/assignment. 
• Audit /assignment documentation (file & I firm). 
• Preparation of draft report including annexure. 
• Involvement in the audit and observe all the works. 
• He/she shall be required to assist in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts,deeds,documents,and legal advisory/memos on various corporate legal matters

Roles and Responsibility:

• Performing the audit& assistance assignment as per standards/ checklists. 
• Ensuring timely collection of all information and documents with respect to audit/assignment. 
• Audit /assignment documentation (file & I firm). 
• Preparation of draft report including annexure. 
• Involvement in the audit and observe all the works. 
• He/she shall be required to assist in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts,deeds,documents,and legal advisory/memos on various corporate legal matters

Roles and Responsibility of Advocate:

1. Required to visit compliance support clients and give monthly notes covering issues raised based on same.
2. Resolving critical issues for collection of information, process, and conclusion of return filling.
3. Preparing synopsis for hearings and appearances before the authorities.
4. Escalation of critical issues to client management.
5. Preparation of exceptional report to partners.
6. Sending GST updates to clients
7. Liaoning with GST Offices  for GST Audit, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA and Customs law
8. Handling of works related to customs and FTP regular compliance works
9. Drafting writ petitions, civil appeals etc. And assisting for appearance before the High Court.
